Sales Manager Belgium

Your responsibilities

  • Expansion of a client portfolio in the specialist retail, wholesale and contract furnishing sectors
  • Support and development of existing customers
  • Active acquisition of new customers in the sales territory
  • Regular on-site visits to customers, presentations of our collections, advice on product ranges and active sales promotion, as well as visits to trade fairs
  • Optimising the visibility and presentation of our products at the point of sale
  • Close cooperation with the office staff in Germany
  • Monitoring of market and competitive activities in Belgium
  • Structured reporting and maintenance of customer and visit data (e.g. in the CRM system)

Our requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Sales experience – ideally in the home textiles sector
  • Good negotiation skills in active sales
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight
  • Fluent in Flemish (Dutch) and French; able to communicate confidently in German or English
