A particular focus of our training programme is on the rotation principle:
Our trainees rotate through all relevant departments and areas within the company. This enables them to gain a holistic understanding of our processes, discover their individual strengths and develop a broad understanding of our business – from central functions right through to operational teams.
To ensure you get off to a good start, we offer:
- Structured onboarding week
including tours, training sessions and getting to know the teams - Dedicated contact persons in the departments
for support, enquiries and ongoing feedback - Planned rotation placements
to gain a genuine understanding of the company - Practical projects, regular feedback and good prospects of being taken on
for a bright future after your apprenticeship
